Founding Conference of Yazidi Women's Union forms Union Council

The first Founding Conference of the Yazidi Women's Union concluded in Rojava with the election of the 15-member Council of the Women's Union.

Under the slogan "With the Thought of the Democratic Nation, the Yazidi Women will Win In Rojava," the Yazidi Women's Union of Rojava held its first conference in the presence of 300 Yazidi women from Afrin and Jazira regions.

Representatives of the Yazidi Women's Union in Aleppo, Şingal and Germany also participated in the conference.

After speeches of the delegations, and the bylaws and organizational report of the Yazidi Women's Union were read and discussed by women, the election was opened to form the Coordinator of the Yazidi Women's Union Council in Rojava.

And 15 female members were elected at the regional level of Afrin, Al-Jazeera and Aleppo, to manage the council's committees (training, diplomatic relations, culture and art committee, youth committee, archive and media committee).

Among them are 5 administrators of the Coordinator of the Yazidi Women's Union Council in Rojava, and they are "Saad Hasso, Fella Chakro, Zainab Marco, Osuma Nuri, Arhin Raabki."

After that, the elected members took an oath to do their work and protect the revolution of women, and Yazidi women in particular.

The conference ended with chanting slogans saluting the resistance woman.
