Radical Women: We are encouraged by women revolution in Rojava

The Radical Women organization based in the U.S. and Australia issued a statement in solidarity with the Rojava Revolution and women against the Turkish occupation, to the public opinion:

The statement reads:

Dear sisters of the women's revolution of Rojava,

Radical Women Salutes your feminism and internationalism in your fierce fight against the Turkish repressive forces. Your bravery shows that women's leadership and equality are powerful forces. We stand behind your right to self-determination- to practice your culture, language and identity against the forced assimilation by conquering forces.

Rojava's struggle is an inspiring example to Kurds and Turks who want freedom and democracy. We in the U.S. and Australia are united with you against occupation, colonialism, patriarchy and imperialism and encouraged by you in our own burgeoning struggle against the growth of the neo- Nazis.

We echo your call: no to genocide ! no to occupation ! we will defend women and life!
