Muslim explained to our news agency: "After the party's conference was held in February, the Autonomous Administration imposed a curfew on the northeast of Syria to curb the Coronavirus outbreak, later several political and economic developments took place in the region, and it was necessary to discuss them with people. " Muslim touched on the aim of the mass meetings, and said: "We aim to refer to the crimes of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the occupied areas as Afrin, Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê, from the processes of demographic change, murder, robbery and looting, and the need for the people to organize themselves according to the current stage , Organizing peaceful activities and communicating their voices to world public opinion in this regard, in addition to touching on the economic conditions in the region, especially with the approach of implementing Caesar Act and how to reduce its consequences on the people of the region.

Muslim also made it clear that they touched on the existing political situation in the region, the Kurdish-Kurdish talks in particular. He said: "We explain to our people the first phase's results."

Questions about the Kurdish talks

He emphasized that "all components of society in the region affirm the need to continue the Kurdish-Kurdish talks and to disclose their results to the general public."

Muslim pointed out that the people raise questions about the reason for "stopping the Kurdish-Kurdish talks. Why the negotiating parties are not taking steps as required, as a result of some parties' attempts to impose their agendas on the people of the region."

As for the response of the people to the meetings, : "Previously, similar meetings were held, but this is the first time that all groups of people, men, women, and elderly people, join in this momentum," he noted that the people share their views.

Participatory strategy

Muslim pointed out that "in the Democratic Union Party they follow a participatory strategy, that is, that the people be involved in the decisions of the Autonomous Administration and the future of Syria."

Anwar Muslim confirmed that during the mass meetings they monitor the most prominent outstanding problems in society, so that they are communicated to the concerned authorities to solve them according to the available capabilities, which cannot be solved at the present time to put them in the coming plans and solve them.
