Yemeni politician uncovers Turkey's readiness to take over Yemen's ports

"The Muslim Brotherhood, known in Yemen as the Yemeni Rally for Reform Party, seeks to replace Turkey with the Arab coalition. They are working on a tactical strategy for the people to arrange for Turkey to enter Yemen after the Corona pandemic, after thwarting the Arab Coalition's goals in supporting President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi government in Yemen.

In July 2018, there was a secret meeting of Al-Houthi, Brotherhood political and media leaders, Qatari, Turkish and Iranian leaders to defeat the Arab alliance as a first plan and enable the Turkish presence in Yemen, al-Taher said in a special statement to Hawar News Agency.

The Yemeni political analyst pointed out that the agreement that was leaked pointed to the need to dismantle the Arab alliance, by attacking the United Arab Emirates, accusing it of leaving the tasks of the Arab alliance and pitting the Yemeni public opinion on it. Then asking it to withdraw, turning to Saudi Arabia later, coinciding with an undeclared truce with Al-Houthi -Ansar Allah al-Houthi group, which is close to Iran on all fronts, is up to handover many liberated areas in exchange for the Muslim Brotherhood partnership in Al- Houthi  government in case of declaring the victory over the Arab alliance.

"The final stage involves Turkey to establish military bases in the Yemeni islands of Hudeidah, close to Egyptian and Sudanese territorial waters, as well as in Bab al-Mandab for re-establishing the Muslim Brotherhood military wing in support for cross-border terrorist groups. I think that agreement targets Egypt." He said.

"At the moment, there is a tactical attempt by Turkey, through its support and establishment of many Yemeni newspapers and channels, to serve such an agenda in parallel with the Brotherhood attempts to confuse the Arab alliance  by stopping the fronts or creating some fronts for days then handing them over and accusing Saudi Arabia of failing. A policy that seems carefully designed to drag Saudi Arabia to declare its acceptance of Al-Houthi terms which Tehran and Turkey have drawn in the last half of 2018." He concluded.
