Arab politicians call on Arab countries to confront the dangerous Turkish project

The Turkish state, through its exploitation of the Syrian crisis, continues to occupy more Syrian lands and try to bring about a demographic change in those occupied areas and leave them, and this is what Arab parties in Tirbe Spiye region considered a dangerous attempt by the Justice and Development Government to establish an Ottoman Empire, and they supported the idea of ​​the Future Syria Party that the Arab countries intervene through the Arab League.

Member of the leadership committee of Modernity and Democracy Party Ibrahim Al-Thalaj pointed out that the Syrian crisis opened the way for many countries to enter the Syrian lands to serve their own interests, and said: "Foreign interference in Syria is rejected by all components of the Syrian people."

Al-Thalaj indicated that the Turkish state is one of the most coveted countries in the Syrian territories and considers it an extension of its Ottoman ambitions from states of Mosul and Kirkuk, and pointed out that the Syrian crisis is an opportunity for Turkey to occupy Syrian lands and try to carve them into the future as it did before in Iskenderun.

Earlier, the head of the Future Syria Party, Ibrahim al-Kaftan, had called on Arab countries, notably Egypt, to play a role in resolving the Syrian crisis and confronting Turkish ambitions in the region.

Member of the leadership committee of Modernity and Democracy Party Ibrahim Al-Thalaj endorsed the idea of ​​al-Kaftan, and stressed that the Arab countries, especially Egypt and Saudi Arabia, are able to play a role in fending off the Turkish aggression on Syrian lands, and preventing the violation of the lands of a sovereign state.

In turn, the administrator of the Arab National Authority, Ma’wa Harab, explained that the Turkish state poses a great danger to the Syrian lands and their sovereignty, and called on the Arab countries to intervene to prevent Turkey from making a demographic change in the areas it occupies, and this was evident by raising the Turkish flag in those areas.

Ma’wa Harab refuted the Turkish state's claims to establish safe areas in northern Syria, and to return refugees to it and said: "Turkey does not aim to establish safe areas or return refugees to them, but rather targets the territorial integrity of Syria and annex it."
