Culture and Art Center will be opened within days in al-Raqqa

The Culture and Art Committee works to revive the culture and art of the region by giving great importance to culture, arts, and theater through the opening of the Center for Culture and Art, the training of members and artisans in art, and some of the plastic artists began drawing paintings until the opening of the center.

The administrator in the Culture and Art Center Ziyad Mohammed said, "We are working with all our efforts to open the center in Raqqa and work is underway to rehabilitate the center. There are bands such as dancing and singing have proved themselves in many of the events that were held in al-Raqqa. We are also working on opening a workshop in the Culture Center, a group of artists began preparing paintings to display them at the opening ceremony, and the center will be opened in the coming days. "

Ziyad Mohammed appealed to all intellectuals, writers and artists to return to their city and the promote their culture, and the return of the cultural legacy of al-Raqqa which was targeted by IS mercenaries through their practices.
