Intensive shelling on demilitarized areas

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the forces of the regime continued their intensive shelling on Monday evening for the demilitarized zone according to the Putin-Erdogan agreement, targeting the Idlib and Hama sectors. They shelled Kerfnebel and Tawil al-Halib, Khan Shaykhoun, Hass, Khoen and Emm Jalal in the southern, eastern and southeastern Idlib countryside. In addition to shelling, Bdama Marand and al-Najia of Jisr al-Shughur countryside, and shelled Bab al-Taqa, Morek, al-Arbin and Kafarzita in the north and north-western Hama countryside.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored a rocket attack by the regime's forces, which took place in al-Ghab in the north-western of Hama countryside and other areas in the town of Kafarzita and al-Latamna area, which are part of the demilitarized zone in the northern countryside of Hama.

In turn, SANA agency of the Syrian regime said, "units of the army foiled an attempt of a terrorist group to infiltrate from the village of Janabra towards the village of Bardij in the countryside north of the northwestern Maherda and killed wounded terrorist elements."

The observatory added, "Yesterday, units of the army carried out operations focused on the sites of terrorist organizations in several axes north of Hama and south Idlib, causing losses to individuals and destroying engineering fortifications."
