Activation of several water stations in Deir-ez-Zor

Al-Kobar pumping station, which stopped working due to the battles that erupted in the area and the subsequent stealing of equipment and engines, returned to work after maintenance workshops by the Services and Municipalities Committee in coordination with Deir-ez-Zor Civil Council.

The workshops worked on repairing and repairing water lines, repairing repairs and cleaning rust-damaged reservoirs after lack of water.

Al-Kobar station is based on feeding villages (al-Hermoush, al-Kasra, al-Kasra Tahtani, Meilage on a line of villages extending more than 45 km from successive villages).

In the same context, Al-Khmiya station returned to the Euphrates River to work, which itself provides the stations of al-Jazra town water purified clean and become drinkable, in addition to repair lines of water extended to the homes of the people in full .

The services committee through the maintenance workshops rehabilitated the station of Jazrat Mellaj , which is based on pumping water for Jarwan station, Abu Khashab, Koua al-Amo, Koua Mahebash Shweihan and Azmain, and the population of these villages is 20 thousand people.

The committee provided the water stations with electricity services to operate 24 hours, returning to those villages and towns life again after the availability of water.
