Components of Aleppo: Every region occupied by Turkey is full of chaos as 'Afrin'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has issued that the aim of his military campaign in North and East Syria is to liberate and protect the Kurds and Arabs.

The components of al-Sheikh Maksoud in Aleppo have expressed through ANHA agency of their discontent over these statements.

Sheikh Ali Hasan of the Arab component considered that Erdogan's statements about a military operation in North and East of Syria and his claim to protect the Arab and Kurdish people from terrorism is far from what is happening on the ground in areas were occupied by Turkey.

Sheikh Hasan referred to the practices of the Turkish occupation army in Afrin and added that "what Erdogan's mercenaries did in Afrin confirms the falsity of Erdogan's claims and the contradiction between his statements and his actions on the ground." The Turkish occupation left only killing, destruction, displacement and violations. He has wondered "Is this the liberation Erdogan is talking about?"

Sheikh Hasan pointed out that Erdogan's goal of entering Syrian territory is to complete his series of plans to cut off parts of the Syrian territory. "He must know that the people of north of Syria are brothers, whether they are Kurds, Arabs, Christians, and Erdogan has to stop of disguising by religion cover to occupy the territory of Syria."

Makboula Khalid from the Yazidi of Shiekh Maksoud said "When Erdogan launched his attack on Afrin, he did protect civilians, and hundreds of civilians were martyred." Miyasa Taji from the Turkman component said " Erdogan claims that he is fighting terrorism and he wants the salvation and liberation of the people, but the question here is, 'What does he want from the salvation of the people?

"All the statements are contradictory to the policy pursued by Turkey and its mercenaries in parts occupied from the North Syria. Chaos spreads in the areas which occupied by Turkey, we condemn the policy of Turkish occupation in the region under the religion cover and the fight against terrorism," she said.
