'It requires everyone to escalate struggle, solidarity with Laila Guven'

The Young Women Union has organized a march against the leader of the Kurdish people and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army and in solidarity with the activist Laila Guven, who is on hunger strike in Amed prison in Bakur "North Kurdistan, for 31 days demanding of lifting the isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan. In Derik area which affiliated to Qamishlo canton, where the march was launched on Friday from the center of Derik area and will end in the village of Ain Dewar, located on the artificial border between Rojava and Bakur, to continue till Saturday. In this context, young women participated in the march express their views to ANHA agency.

The young Barjim Brosk said that their goal is to break the isolation imposed on the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan and support the activist Laila Guven, describing her as an icon of the resistance.

She added "In the spirit of the young woman and our free will, we will break the Imrali prison. We will escalate our struggle against Turkish fascism and international capitalism until the liberation of the leader from his prison, whatever the cost of sacrifices.

Barjim noted "We will take revenge from the Turkish occupation for its tension against the people of Afrin, and we appeal to the youth and the Kurdish people to unite and organize themselves because we are going through a historical and fateful stage,"

For her part, the young woman Hima Haji said that it requires all the Kurdish people, especially the young woman, to escalate the struggle against the attacks of the Turkish occupation and to liberate the leader and solidarity with the activist Laila Guven, who is on hunger strike in the prisons of the Turkish state.
