Hanna Hanna: Seizing Christians' houses in Idlib hits national fabric

The official of the Syriac Cultural Association Hanna Hanna said that the Turkish state is trying to cover up the terrorists in Idlib and it negotiates instead of them in order to tear apart the national fabric and instigate strife among peoples that have been living together since thousands of years. He confirmed that the last violations on the Christians in Idlib aims to hit the coexistence of the peoples.

It is noteworthy that the mercenaries of Hayet Tahrir al-Sham "Jabhet al-Nusra formerly" affiliated to the Turkish occupation told the Christian property owners in Idlib to hand over their property to the mercenaries by the end of November to be placed at the disposal of the mercenaries and distributed to their leaders.

On these violations, Hawar news agency met with the official of the Syrian Cultural Association Hanna Hanna who said, "This action and violations against our people are not new by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries who aim to change the demography of the occupied territories and loot and rob the properties of the people."

He said in his speech, "Some countries want to keep the mercenaries in Idlib, especially the Turkish state which speaks and negotiates instead of them to prolong their age to pass its interests in Syria through them." He added, "Through the violations committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, they aim at tearing the national fabric and spreading the sedition and discrimination among the peoples who have been living together since thousands of years in addition to hitting the cultures of peoples."

He added, "The terrorists do not have the right to act or seize the lands and properties of others under the name of religion, politics or any other pretext."

On the situation of the peoples and components in North and East Syria, Hanna said, "We live in North and East Syria within a real unity, whether in the resistance, culture and peaceful coexistence, and this unity will be a response to the Turkish occupation and mercenaries who seek to fragment and divide the peoples.

It was noted that between 1915 and 1917, Armenians, Syriacs and other components were subjected to genocide by the Ottoman occupation, as well as forced deportations. Today, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are restoring the methods of their Ottoman ancestors against the peoples of the area.
