MSD to hold Syrian-Syrian dialogue forum

In a press statement to ANHA agency, the co-chair of Syria's Democratic Council (MSD), Amina Omar, talked about the preparations of MSD to organize a Syrian-Syrian dialogue forum in which the Syrian people and representatives of political parties and forces participate.

MSD believes that the dialogue is the best way to find a solution to the Syrian crisis in the country that exceeded 7 years.

The Council always seeks to gather the parties seeking to resolve the Syrian crisis and to hold Syrian dialogue forums on the country's land to discuss the future of the crisis and the ways to solve it.

MSD confirms that the dialogues and meetings that are being held outside the country will not serve the efforts of the solution, will be affected by international agendas and will be run by external parties to serve their interests.

Amina Omar referred to the importance of holding the dialogue that would be held in the coming days and said that it will be held on the Syrian territory and brings together the Syrian people to find a solution to the worsened crisis in the country.

"We have the elements to hold meetings and dialogues and we, as MSD, are ready to dialogue to find a solution and to develop a road map to shape the future Syria."

She added the dialogue will be held in the coming days, and now we are completing the preparations."

She continued, "The dialogue will be held in the presence of moderate opposition, independent figures, political parties and the parties seeking to find a road map to resolve the Syrian crisis and provide views to end the crisis and the suffering of the Syrian people."

She explained that the forum that will be held is a completion to the dialogue forum; "dialogue and building" held in July 18.

Amina Omar pointed out that some countries and entities, especially the Turkish state, are trying to stir up strife and confusion in the region to thwart the dialogue and give a different picture of the reality. She assured, "Our regions are stable and safe and the conditions are suitable for the dialogue."
