Kongra Star opens 2 centers in ed-Dirbasiya countryside

In order to organize women to be able to play their leading role in building a free society based on democracy, Kongra Star in ed-Dirbasiya opened two centers in al-Ganamyia and al-Siker towns during two separate ceremonies.

The ceremony was attended by the female members of the institutions in the district, the administrators and members of Kongra Star, as well as dozens of residents, where the square was decorated with the pictures of martyrs and the flags of Kongra Star.

In al-Ganamiya town, the celebration began with a minute of silence. Then, the administrator of Kongra Star Council in the town, Sherin Khadr gave a speech in which she congratulated the opening of the center to all women.

She said, "Women in North Syria have managed to develop themselves in many aspects, have managed to lead the fronts, confront and defeat terrorism."

At the end of her speech, she pledged to follow the footsteps of the martyrs and to work for achieving the women's freedom.

In the celebration of the town of al-Sikar, the administrator in Kongra Star Council, Ida Hussein delivered a speech in which she pointed out that the recent attacks on North Syria targeted women in particular, and the proof is targeting the girl Sarah and the journalist Gulistan Mohammed. She added, "Women must increase their organization and prove to the enemy that the organized women are the guarantee of a free moral society."
