Defeating IS is Turkish state's defeat

The co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party, Talal Mohammed, said that the deadline set for the departure of the mercenary gangs from Idlib ended without achieving the desired results, and the Turkish state is trying to divert attention from the issue by creating other crises, including the attack on North and East Syria.

About the Turkish occupation army's attacks on the areas of North and East Syria, the co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party, Talal Mohammed told ANHA and explained that Russia supports the war on the areas of eastern Euphrates.

The Turkish state hinders the solution of the Syrian crisis

Talal Mohammed pointed out at the beginning of his speech that everyone must know the objectives of the Turkish policy which hostiles the Kurdish people, and said, "The gains of the Kurdish people are being attacked, where the Turkish occupation state is attacking North and East Syria. The Turkish occupation state creates mercenary gangs such as Daesh with the aim of occupying North and East Syria and sends these gangs to the Syrian areas. The goal of the Turkish state is to destroy the democratic nation's project in North and East Syria and to obstruct the solution of the Syrian crisis. The Turkish occupation state draws its strength from these terrorist mercenaries. If the mercenaries are eliminated in the north and east of Syria, Turkey will have no excuse to occupy those areas.

Talal Mohammed said that the mercenaries who were receiving support from Turkey have become a burden on it and continued saying, "Turkey can no longer support its mercenaries as before because of the economic crisis as the attacks launched on the areas of North and East Syria affect the Turkish economy. If the Turkish state's attacks continued on the north and the east regions of Syria, that will lead to deepening the economic and social crises within Turkey. The Turkish occupation state has put its economic budget in the service of war, and it is clear through the Turkish economic crisis that there is no economic strength left.

The date of the attacks was selected accurately

Talal Mohammed pointed to the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the regions of northern and eastern Syria saying, "The aim of the attacks is to create crises in the north and east of Syria and to support IS mercenaries. No doubt, the date of the attack on Girê Spî was accurately determined as November 1, the day of the Global Solidarity with Kobanî was chosen, and this came after the quartet summit, leaving no doubt that these attacks were carefully planned for."

The issue of the attack on North and East Syria has been discussed in quartet summit

Talal Mohammed pointed out that the international silence on the Turkish occupation state's attacks is the result of the quartet summit and said, "Some of the issues related to the attacks on the regions of North and East Syria were discussed at the quartet summit, especially between Russia and Turkey which agreed to launch attacks on North and East Syria. Russia wants to continue the crisis in East Euphrates to achieve its interests in the region. The Syrian regime stays silent. The Syrian regime wants to deepen the crises in Syria and the position of the Syrian regime opens the door to attacks. The Syrian regime wants to take advantage of the attacks of the Turkish occupation state to impose its influence on the areas liberated by the People Protection Units (YPG) and Women Protection Units (YPJ) and their impact on the regions of North and East Syria and to re-impose its authority on the peoples of the region.

Defeating IS means defeating the Turkish state

Talal Mohammed has noted that Daesh is imminent to be eliminated in North and East Syria and added, "The Turkish occupation state is trying to support IS mercenaries to create chaos in the north and east of Syria because defeating IS means the defeat of the Turkish state."

Russia supports war on areas east of Euphrates

Talal Mohammed pointed out that the Turkish occupation state is sending its mercenaries in Idlib to the areas east of the Euphrates and said, "The aim of sending its mercenaries to the east of the Euphrates is to launch attacks on the eastern Euphrates areas through these mercenaries. Russia supports the attacks on East Euphrates as Turkey and Russia have agreed at the Sochi meeting on the attack on the eastern areas of the Euphrates and now, they want to implement some of the terms of the agreement. The deadline set for the mercenaries present in Idlib has come to end without achieving its objectives, and Turkey is trying to divert attention from the subject by creating other issues and crises in the region. Turkey seeks to exploit Idlib and its mercenary gangs to put pressure on the other countries and occupy the areas of North and East Syria.

The co-chair of the Kurdistan Democratic Peace Party, Talal Mohammed, called on the international forces to break their silence and put an end to the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation state as soon as possible.
