Participants in plot did not know that Kurds to escalate struggle

The youths of the Euphrates region marched hand in hand in Kobanî city to condemn the international conspiracy that reached Ocalan, carrying the torches and Ocalan’s pictures and saying, “The countries involved in the plot did not know that the Kurdish people would escalate the struggle.”

Rojava Youth Union organized a protesting march against the international conspiracy that began on October 9, 1998, stressing the importance of liberating Abdullah Ocalan from the prison.

The youths of Girê Spî / Tel Abyed canton and Serin town participated in the march, carrying the pictures of Abdullah Ocalan, torches and banners with “With the spirit of Afrin’s resistance, revolt against the international conspiracy.”

The march started from al-Salam square in Kobanî and continued until the Free Woman square chanting the slogans that demand Ocalan’s release.

At the Free Woman square, the youths held a minute of silence. Then, the administrator in Rojava Youth Union Agirî Ararat said, “We condemn and denounce the conspiracy that targeted the leader. We will not accept this conspiracy, we will resist it until the end, and we will free our leader.”

Agirî also pointed out that the Turkish state participated in the conspiracy and thought that it would eradicate the Kurdish people, but it did not know that the Kurdish people would escalate the struggle.

The march ended with chanting the slogans that salute the resistance of Abdullah Ocalan.

Furthermore, the youths’ activities against the international conspiracy will continue until the end of October.
