Culture and Art Committee organized plastic arts exhibition

The exhibition was held at Manbij Theater, located on the Aleppo Road, in which the people of Manbij participated, including parts from the Aleppo song "al-Qudud al-Halabiya", poetry and theater.

The event was attended by the Co-chair of the Executive Council Nizifa Khalo Mohammed al-Sheikho as well as dozens of members of the civil institutions.

The event began with holding a minute of silence and then the co-chair of the Culture and Art Committee, Mohammad Qebertai, delivered a speech on behalf of the Culture and Art Committee, which thanked the audience for inviting them to the invitation of the committee.

Mohammad Qebertai added that the art exhibition is a new step to expand the horizons of art in Manbij city.

In her turn, the co-chair of the Executive Council Nizifa Khalo expressed her happiness at the opening of the plastic art exhibition titled "Glamor of Manbij", adding that this step is considered a development for people and supporting societies.

After delivering the speeches, a musical parts were presented, "al-Qudud al-Halabiya" followed by a poem about the epic of Gilgamesh presented by the poet Hassan al-Abdullah, and then a play entitled "Returning to the Homeland" was presented to encourage the return to the home.

Furthermore, the audience toured the exhibition of drawing, which was attended by eight artists from Manbij and the paintings varied from nature and images of personal and cartoon and cultural figures.
