Operations carried out in Bakur, Başûr by HPG

The statement which posted on the official site of HPG included:

"In the framework of the revolutionary campaign of the 2 Martyrs Pîroz and Agirî, the Free Woman Units carried out on July 10 at 90:00 an operation targeting the hill’s post in Colemêrg district . During the operation, the forces dealt the enemy’s strategic fortifications strong blows and destroyed them completely as the number of the wounded and killed has not been known.

In the framework of the campaign, the forces also targeted the Turkish occupation army’s soldiers who are stationed on Lêlîkan hill in Bradust of Başûr Kurdistan, and the operation resulted in killing a Turkish soldier.”

According to the statement, the forces of the Turkish occupation army, with the support of Villages’ Protectors, launched an attack in the countryside of Celê in Shemzinan, and the operation ended on the same day without results. The Turkish warplanes also targeted on July 9/10 many areas in Qandil, Avaşin, Zab and Matina Xakurk.

The statement noted that a group of Contra related to the Turkish occupation army tours wearing the Guerilla forces’ clothes in Merdivan area in Bellor district related to Dêrsim, and it targets the civilians using Guerrilla's name. Furthermore, the statement warned the people of this group.
