Theresa May's office posted in a statement, "The Queen is pleased to approve the appointment of Dominique Raab as Minister of the country for EU’s Withdrawal Affairs." Moreover, Raab used to work in the post of Housing Minister.

The Minister responsible for the Brexit file, David Davis, resigned on Sunday after a dispute with the British Prime Minister Theresa May on the terms of the country’s forthcoming withdrawal from the European Union.

Davis said on Monday that he had resigned to prevent Teresa May from handing over too much power to the EU that led to increasing pressures on the Prime Minister who faces difficulties to overcome divisions concerned to the withdrawal.
