Women's Ashtar Bakery opened in al-Hasakah

The Economic Body in al-Hasakah city opened a special bakery for women in the form of a cooperative association called Ashtar Bakery in al-Nasiriya neighborhood during a ceremony.

In order to develop the capacities of women and self-reliance and for the principle of self-sufficiency, the Economic Body in al-Hasaka opened a special bakery for women in the form of a cooperative association. The number of shares participating in this bakery is 8 shares.

The ceremony was attended by dozens of women from al-Hasakah city. At the beginning of the ceremony, the audience held a minute of silence. Then, the administrator of the Economic Body Hevda Abdullah delivered a speech in which she praised the opening of Ashtar Bakery to all women and said, "We opened a cooperative association to empower women to work and rely on themselves."

At the end of the ceremony, the mother of the martyr Media Jamal Issa who was martyred in al-Hasaka city cut the opening tape.

The bakery is scheduled to work during Ramadan from 13:00 until Iftar and then will work from 5:30 to the afternoon.
