HPG disclosed operations carried out in Lêlikan, Colemêrg

The media center of the Popular Defense Forces (HPG) disclosed information about the operations carried out by their forces in May 6 in the framework of the revolutionary campaign launched on behalf of the two Martyrs Agirî and Pîroz aga*+inst the Turkish occupation army.

Guerilla media center issued a statement to the public opinion which included information about the operations carried out against the Turkish occupation Army, and the text of the statement included:

Our forces targeted at 7:30 the soldiers of the Turkish occupation Army who are stationed in Xerkoli in Çelê district in Colemêrg in which the Turkish occupation received harsh blows as the number of the wounded and killed was unknown.

In the same day at 9:40, our forces also carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation positions on Lêlikan Hill in Başûr Kurdistan, the operation targeted all the military positions which were established on the hill, and also the number of killed and wounded during the operation was unknown.

At 17: 45, our forces targeted the positions of the enemy on Lêlikan Hill, and the number of the killed and wounded was unknown.

After guerrilla’s operations have ended, the Turkish occupation army targeted the area with mortars. After that, the Turkish army planes of Sikorskey kind and by the protection of Kobra helicopters started to transfer the killed and the wounded from the area
