Martyr Dr. Sassoon Center for Culture, Art opened in Mashouq town

The Culture and Art Body in al-Jazeera region opened the Martyr Dr. Sassoon Center for Culture and Art in Mashouq town in Tirbê Sipîyê district by an official opening ceremony.

The opening ceremony took place with the participation of dozens of the people, and it started by holding a minute of silence. Then, the director Azad Tirbê Sipîyê delivered speeches on behalf of the Culture and Art Movement.

The speeches congratulated the opening of the center to the people, and stressed that the aim of the center's opening is to protect the culture of the peoples of the area, and to develop their art towards the better.

The speeches thanked the Culture and Art Body for this initiative, and welcomed the opening of the center to all the peoples of North Syria and said, "The leader of the Kurdish people has given a great deal to the culture in his struggle for achieving the peoples’ freedom."

The ceremony concluded by cutting the opening ribbon by the mother and sister of the martyr Dr. Sassoon and distributing the sweets to the audience.
