Notable of clans in Tel-Barak : terrorist is person who occupies land that is not his land

Hawar news agency (ANHA) interviewed with notable and Sheikhs clans in Tel-Barak district about the Turkish occupation of Afrin and follow the policies of demographic change and an attempt to obliterate the Kurdish identity.

In this regard, notable clan of Suwaifat in Tel –Barak district Saleh Shalash denounced the practices of the Turkish occupation in Afrin said that" We reject the intervention of the Turkish occupation in Afrin canton categorically and condemn his abusive practices by changing the demographic and identity of the region and changing the banners from the Kurdish language and Arabic to the Turkish language and forcing doctors to learn the language."

And added"The government of justice and development, which attacks and occupies the Syrian territories under the pretext of fighting terrorism, is the one who brought us terrorism at all. The real terrorist is the one who occupies land that is not in his territory and imposes its laws on it. The Ottoman Empire again on Syrian territory to reinstate the scenario of blurring our identity and language and imposing the Turks on our peoples ."

Shalash said "The administration of Turkey can not accept the lands of Afrin and Syria, and we are able to manage our own areas and Afrin people do not need those who run them and have a successful experience in  govern their area."

At the end of the talk, notable of  al-Suwaifat Saleh Shalash confirmed that the Arabs, Kurds and Syrians have been silent for hundreds of years. Therefore, everyone rejects the occupation, the Turkish intervention and the policy of division and sedition among the Syrian people.

Shiekh  of clan al-Bokatab Ahmed Otthman al-Halwash from al-Hamdi village east Tel-Barak district said" We do not accept the Turkish policy of Turkey on our people in Afrin. We are all aware of Turkey's ambitions to restore the Ottoman policies before occupying our regions and changing the identity and demographics of the region and creating it."

We will remain supportive of our people in Afrin from the Arabs, Kurds and others, and with fraternity of the peoples demanded by the leader of the democratic nation, Abdullah Ocelan, who did not differentiate his ideas and philosophy among the people and called for unity ."

At the end of his speech demanded the international community and human rights organizations to consider the situation of Afrin people who were expelled from their homes and displaced by the Turkish aggression, and work to return the people of Afrin to their homes as soon as the Turkish occupation of Afrin and the whole of Syria. "
