The campaign, which entered its second day, targeted a thorough search of the camp, resulting in the discovery of mobile devices, locations for training children in extremist ideology, and equipment used by the mercenaries.
Roj Camp is located approximately 10 km west of the city of Derik in the Jazira Canton of North and East Syria. It houses 783 families of ISIS mercenaries, including 28 Iraqi families, 15 Syrian families, and the remaining families of various foreign nationalities.
