SDF continue efforts to consolidate security, stability

In a video statement, Ayed al-Hadi, the member of the Raqqa Military Council Command, affirmed that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to fulfill their duties in protecting civilians and ensuring security and stability across various cities in North and East Syria, despite the escalating attacks by ISIS mercenary cells.

Al-Hadi explained that the forces are making continuous efforts to completely eliminate these cells, noting that the local population and communities are the true partners in maintaining security and stability. He stated that the SDF, in cooperation with the International Coalition, liberated Raqqa from ISIS and will not allow its return.

He added that work is proceeding at an intensive pace to rebuild Raqqa and provide essential services, alongside strengthening security to ensure lasting stability. He also emphasized the SDF's commitment to building a stable and democratic Syria that guarantees a secure future for next generations.

Al-Hadi condemned the actions of some factions affiliated with the Syrian Interim Government who have closed roads, causing negative impact on civilian life, movement, and trade. He concluded by saying that ISIS mercenary cells are still active in the eastern regions, but that the Syrian Democratic Forces, in cooperation with their allies, have managed in the past period to eliminate a number of the organization's leaders and arrest prominent figures within it, stressing their constant readiness to confront any terrorist threat..
