Popular steadfastness in NE Syria against Turkish attacks

The people of NE Syria are suffering under the yoke of daily bombing by the Turkish occupation army.

Citizen Khurshid Hamo, a resident of Çil Agha in Qamishlo canton, saw in the Turkish occupation attacks efforts to liquidate the struggle and resistance of the people of NE Syria and strike their revolution.

He ruled out that Turkey would achieve these efforts, stressing, “Turkish attacks will only increase our determination to struggle, unite ranks, and organize ourselves on the basis of the revolutionary people’s war. Just as we eliminated ISIS mercenaries geographically, we will purify our land of the Turkish occupier and its mercenaries.”

Citizen Sabreen Elias said “ the Turkish continuous attacks are to strike the democratic nation’s project and displace the population of the region, thus achieving its colonial ambitions, as it is doing now in the occupied territories.”

Elias believes that these attacks will not harm a people who organized themselves on the basis of the revolutionary people’s war, stressing that the unity and cohesion of the people is enough to thwart the hostile plans to their regions.

The citizen, Khalil Majeed, also refuses to submit to the efforts aimed at occupying the regions of NE Syria, stressing the right of the people of NE Syria to defend themselves and their gains made against them within the framework of legitimate defense.

Citizen Raghda Assaf confronts the forms of war in accordance with the approach of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, she confirmed that the most appropriate project for the Middle East is the leader Ocalan’s democratic nation project.
