The "We Will Stop Femicide Platform," active in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan, has released its report for the month of October.
The platform revealed that 48 women were killed last month, while 23 other women lost their lives under mysterious circumstances in Turkey.
According to the monthly report from the platform, 10 women were killed due to marital disputes, 3 others for economic reasons, 3 committed suicide, and one woman was killed due to humiliation, while the reasons for the deaths of 31 other women remain unknown.
While the platform did not provide any information in its report about the 23 women who lost their lives under mysterious circumstances.
The platform clarified that the perpetrators have not been identified, nor have fair trials been conducted or necessary and required measures taken, confirming that this will lead to an increase in the level of violence.
