People of Afrin, Shahba call for leader Ocalan's Physical Freedom

The Kurds continue their struggle to achieve the physical freedom of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, who is detained in Imrali prison, using different methods and ways, including going out almost daily to the squares, and organizing cultural and intellectual events that shed light on the leader's ideas.

The leader Abdullah Ocalan has been detained for more than 25 years, in the Imrali Island prison in the Sea of Marmara in Turkey, following an international conspiracy by international and regional powers, in 1999 in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, and was handed over to the Turkish authorities on February 15 of the same year, no information has been received about him for more than 41 months, despite requests his family and lawyer.

 Citizen Sabri Ismail, a displaced person from the occupied city of Afrin, described what the Turkish authorities are imposing on Leader Abdullah Ocalan as "immoral practices and cowardly acts."

 Sabri Ismail pointed out that these practices will not be able to undermine their determination to demand the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan.

 The citizen Aslan Bakr confirmed their insistence on achieving the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and continuous demands to break the international silence.

 He explained that the leader's analyses are sufficient to achieve freedom for the people of the region.

The citizen Rania Ahmed stresses that achieving the freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan requires military, political and social struggle and determination.

She called on all believers in the ideas of Leader Abdullah Ocalan to continue the struggle for his physical freedom.
