Pentagon: 56 American soldiers wounded in Iraq and Syria
The Pentagon's deputy spokeswoman announced that 56 American soldiers were injured in 46 attacks on American forces in Iraq and Syria.
Singh said in a press conference, “The attacks against us in Syria and Iraq have reached 46 since October 17,” according to what Agence France-Presse reported.
She added: "56 American soldiers were injured as a result of these attacks against us in both countries."
The Pentagon's deputy spokeswoman confirmed that American forces had been subjected to four attacks during the past 24 hours.
