NPG: we will escalate our struggle with the spirit of Martyr Agid

The Central Command of the People's Defense Center (NPG) issued a statement today on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the August 15th Jump, which read:

We congratulate the 40th anniversary of the August 15th leap, which ignited the flame of revival in Kurdistan and was the lifeline of the oppressed Kurdish people who were suffering death in the grip of genocide, on the leader and creator of our uprising, Leader APO, on the families of our immortal martyrs who brought our struggle to this level with their sacred blood,

The spirit of resistance that defeated the occupiers in Amed Prison was transferred to the mountains of ancient Kurdistan with the revolutionary guerrilla leap on August 15 under the leadership of our immortal leader Comrade Agid (Masum Korkmaz), and the freedom march of our people who acquired their spirit with the APO's philosophy, has become a hope for all the oppressed, our people who embraced the spirit of the August 15th leap with great enthusiasm from the first moment, celebrate it today as the National Revival Day, our people, who achieved their revival with a leap the glorious 15th of August, with a strong apocalyptic will, overcomes every obstacle that comes its way, and does not hesitate to make sacrifices to achieve independence and freedom under the leadership of our party, the Kurdistan Workers' Party PKK.

"The flame of freedom was lit under the leadership of Commander Agid"

The Kurdistan Freedom Forces represent the spirit of victory created by the glorious 15th of August leap, which has entered its 40th year at its highest level. Our comrades, who resist against all attacks on the holy lands of Kurdistan, are giving the necessary response to the colonizers today, just as they did yesterday, especially in Northern Kurdistan. The guerrilla struggle is being waged continuously, and an epic resistance is being carried out. The Kurdistan Freedom Fighters are defending the lands of Southern Kurdistan by waging a historic resistance against the comprehensive attacks of the occupation launched against the Mediya Defense Zones in the past seven years.

The epic resistance carried out above and below the ground has turned into a tactical expansion in the airspace with the technical level reached in the 40th year of the struggle, and the most advanced drone technology has been eliminated. The Turkish occupation army is in the skies of Kurdistan, and at the same time, the skies of Kurdistan have turned into an arena of operations for the guerrillas, and the bases of the occupation army have been subjected to aerial bombardment. "The resistance will continue at the highest level in the 41st year"

The martyrs of the 40th year of the struggle, who fought on the path of the leader Akid and marched towards martyrdom, have become symbols of our great resistance and paved the way for victory. Although the occupying Turkish state launches attacks using all its power, including forbidden weapons, tactical nuclear bombs and chemical weapons, it will not be able to avoid defeat in front of the Kurdish people and the Kurdistan Freedom Guerillas who lead the Dabke of Freedom. The Kurdistan Freedom Fighters, who have proven to the whole world that they will not be defeated, will resist with the spirit of Agid at the highest level in the 41st year of the struggle.
