Facts and data reveal that cities in S. Kurdistan, dominated by the Barzani family, have become gathering hubs for Kurdish killers. This is exemplified by Hawler hosting one of the prominent leaders and representatives of Turkey's mercenaries, known as "Sultan Murad," through what is called the "Kurdish National Council." These mercenaries are responsible for a record of crimes against Kurds in North and East Syria, particularly in occupied Afrin, according to Kurdish activists.

At the same time, certain centers are being used as tools to suppress and silence Kurds. While these mercenaries are being welcomed, the authorities continue to detain journalist Suleiman Ahmed and countless other journalists and Kurdish political activists.

The so-called "Kurdish National Council" in Hawler has welcomed the "Head of the Negotiation Committee," Badr Jamous, along with the representative of the "Sultan Murad" mercenaries, Ahmad Othman, within the framework of what is known as the "Consultative Meetings of the Negotiation Body."

This reception occurs while the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries continue to attack North and East Syria, targeting its infrastructure. This has led to over 30 vital facilities being put out of service, the martyrdom of 17 people, and injuries to 65 others.

This reception by authorities and cities dominated by the Barzani family for these mercenaries, directly involved in the killing of Kurds, is not the first of its kind. In recent years, Masoud Barzani, the head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, has repeatedly welcomed coalition heads, including Khaled Khoja and Nasr Hariri.

Political circles and Kurdistan affairs observers assert that this step represents an insult and disregard for the suffering of the Kurdish people, especially in light of the blatant crimes committed by Turkey and its mercenaries against Kurds in North and East Syria. It legitimizes the attacks and crimes, primarily those committed by the "Sultan Murad" mercenaries in occupied Afrin.
