Kongra Star lecture on co-chair system in Ain Issa

In the presence of the co-chair of the institutions and departments affiliated with the Ain Issa City Council in the Euphrates Canton, the Kongra Star held a lecture in the city's lecture hall. Kongra Star administrator Ruqayya Muhammad began her speech by emphasizing the importance of the co-chair system as an administrative system within the democratic autonomous administration.

Ruqayya Muhammad explained that the co-chair system is an administrative system far removed from authoritarianism and monopolization of decision-making, achieving partnership in formulating the service and administrative needs of institutions and departments to achieve the best results through administrative apparatuses.

She added, "At this time, we need to strengthen confidence in our co-chairs and move forward in shouldering our responsibilities by selecting members with competence, practical experience, integrity, and credibility; this will help us achieve a high-level model for our institutions and departments."

She concluded by emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop ourselves and avoiding the cycle of stagnation, red tape, and administrative bureaucracy that contradicts the goals and duties entrusted to the "co-chairs."
