HPG: Two fighters martyred in Turkish drone strike on Gari

The People's Defense Forces (HPG) Press Center issued a statement to the public today regarding the Turkish occupation's attacks on the Mediya Defense Zones. The statement read:
"The Turkish occupation army continues its attacks and air and ground bombardment against our forces, which are in a ceasefire position. Two of our comrades were martyred in Gari in the air strike carried out by drones."
Turkish occupation army warplane attacks:
On April 7, between 11:28 and 11:29, the Turkish occupation army bombed the Jarraf Square in Gari with drones, killing two of our comrades who were performing their duties. Their records will be announced later.
On April 8 and 9, warplanes bombed the squares of Arkan and Yikmal in the Gari area twice, the resistance square in Bishili in the Metina area once, and the resistance square on Bahar Hill in the Martyr Dalil area in the West Zal area once. This brings the total to four attacks.
Turkish occupation army attacks with heavy weapons, shells, and artillery:
On April 9, the occupation army launched an occupation operation on the outskirts of the village of Kani Mazen in the Metina area, resulting in the burning of the villagers' fields and orchards.
Between April 9 and 12, the resistance areas in Bri Zin, Snin, and Lolan in the Khakurk region were bombed with heavy weapons, shells, and artillery 33 times; the Kani Sark, Deresh, Meche, Sisir Hill, Zivk, Kon Hill, and Karkash squares in the Gari region 122 times; the resistance areas in Seri Metina, Shilaze, and Beshili in the Metina region 272 times; and the resistance areas in Amediya Hill and Bahar Hill in the Shahid Dalil area, west of Zap, 594 times. This brings the total number of attacks with heavy weapons, shells, and artillery to 1,026.
Our Forces Intercepted the Attacks:
On April 9, at 10:30 a.m., our forces responded twice with individual and automatic weapons to the invaders' attacks against the resistance tunnels in the Shilaze resistance area in the Metina region.
On April 10, at 12:40, our forces responded twice with automatic weapons to the occupiers' attacks against the resistance tunnels in the Shilazeh resistance square in the Metina region.
On April 12, at 6:15, an armored vehicle shelled our tunnels and trenches in the Sarkal resistance square in the Shahid Dalil area, west of Zap, with heavy weapons. As a result, our forces targeted this armored vehicle with a suicide drone.
