HPG: Turkish occupation bombs Medya defense areas 521 times

The HPG's media center released a written statement regarding the ongoing attacks by the Turkish occupation state on the Medya defense areas, which included the following details:

"attacks by the Turkish occupation army:

On March 16, the Turkish occupation army launched an operation in the "Girê Meskene" resistance area in the Khakurk region.

Airstrikes:

On March 16 and 17, the Turkish occupation army carried out airstrikes on the following resistance areas: "Bere Zine, Sinine, Kendekola, and Lolane" 7 times,  "Gire Zengile" area in the Garê region 3 times, "Serê Metina" resistance area in the Metina region 5 times, and "Amadiya Hill and Bahar Hill" in the Martyr Delil area west of Zap 3 times. In total, the Turkish occupation army bombed these areas 18 times with warplanes.

Heavy weapons, artillery, and shelling:

On March 15 and 16, the Turkish occupation army shelled the following resistance areas using heavy weapons, artillery, and missiles: "Berbizan, Martyr Sharif, Lolan, and Sinine" in the Khakurk region 230 times, "Serê Metina, Shilaze, and Bishili" in the Metina region 83 times, and "Amadiya Hill and Bahar Hill" in the Martyr Delil area west of Zap 161 times.  In total, the Turkish occupation army shelled these areas 503 times with heavy weapons, artillery, and missiles."
