HPG shoot down drone and destroy radar system of Turkish occupation

Today, the Media Center of the People Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement on the operations carried out by the Gêrîla forces and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on the defense areas of Medya in S Kurdistan, stating:

"Martyr Dalil west of Zap:

On November 21, at 08:40, our forces targeted a sniper's radar system in the Resistance Square on Amadiya Hill.

On November 23, at 15:55, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance square in Amadiya Hill with heavy weapons.

On November 23, at 10:25, 11:30 and 11:40, the fighters of the Free Women's Units intervened in the movements of the Turkish occupation army who were heading towards the war trenches of our forces in the resistance square in Judy Hill, and stopped their movements with semi-automatic weapons.

Khakurk:

On November 22, at 11:00, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in Martyr Hêmen Hill with heavy weapons.

On November 22, at 12:10 P.M., our forces shot down a Turkish drone in the resistance square in Lolan and seized its wreckage.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army with prohibited weapons:

On 21 and 23 November, war tunnels in the resistance square of FM Hill in the area of Martyr Dalil west of Zap were twice bombed with prohibited explosives.

On 23 November, war tunnels in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area west of Zab were twice shelled with prohibited explosives.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

Between 19 and 24 November, Turkish warplanes bombed 23 times the Resistance Squares in Kandkola, Lolan, Qaleh Hill, Barbzin and Khenira Jor in the Khakurk area, 5 times the Nahli plain, Zifak and Deir Ash squares in the Gari area, 5 times the Resistance Squares in Derkal, Seri Matina and Beshel in the Matina area, and 6 times the resistance squares in Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area west of Zap, a total of 39 times.

On November 21 and 23, Turkish attack helicopters bombed 7 times the Resistance Squares of Bihar Hill and Judy Hill in the Martyr Dalil area west of Zap."
