Syrian politicians warned against the continuation of Turkish threats and interventions in Syrian affairs, stressing that Ankara seeks to expand its occupation inside Syrian territory under various pretexts, in an attempt to impose its political, military, and economic influence over the country.

Residents of the city of Dêrik in al-Jazira Canton affirmed that the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan is not an issue limited to the Kurdish people alone, but rather a cause for every free human being who believes in justice and the right of peoples to self-determination.
