The director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights described the implementation of the recent agreement between the SDF and the interim government as partial, limited to halting clashes and some security steps, while key provisions such as force integration and the return of displaced persons have stalled due to lack of trust and political disagreements. He warned that the deadlock could lead to security deterioration and renewed displacement.

An Egyptian researcher viewed the war on Iran as part of a broader effort to redraw the Middle East by weakening the Iranian regime and curbing its influence, explaining that Tehran will most likely move toward de-escalation and respond to American and Israeli conditions.
