Delegation from Kobane administration met delegation from Aleppo Governorate

A delegation from the Autonomous Administration in Kobane Canton is currently meeting with a delegation from Aleppo Governorate at the governorate building to discuss issues related to the city of Kobane and common coordination between the two sides.

The Autonomous Administration delegation includes the head of the Executive Council, Farhan Haj Issa, along with representatives from various organizations and the administration in Kobane, as well as clans' leaders.

The Aleppo Governorate delegation includes the leader of Internal Security in Aleppo Governorate, Colonel Mohammad Abdel Ghani, the Deputy Governor of Aleppo, Ali Hanoura, and several officials from the security forces of the Syrian Interim Government.

The two delegations are scheduled to discuss mechanisms for implementing the provisions of the January 30th Agreement, particularly those related to the city of Kobane, the return of displaced persons to their city, coordination between the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and the security forces of the Syrian Interim Government, and ways to lift the siege imposed on the city.

This visit made by the Autonomous Administration delegation of Kobane follows a series of meetings and discussions held between the two sides in Kobane.
