Condemnations of Turkish occupation attacks and massive marches in support of  Gêrîla

A short while ago, the people of the cities and districts of NE Syria’ Canton took part in major marches to denounce the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on the Matina area in the Mediya defense areas, and in support of the resistance of the Gêrîla forces to confront these attacks.

The people of the Euphrates Canton set off from the Free Women’s Square in the city of Kobani, while the people of Qamishlo set off from Sony Roundabout, the people of the Amuda district set off in front of the Free Women’s Square,  Çil Agha district, the march began in front of the Women’s Roundabout in the west of the district, as for the people of the city of Hasaka, they gathered in front of the Al-Hamama Roundabout in the Tal Hajar neighborhood, Darbasiyah people district also gathered in the Women’s Square, and the people of the Tal Brak district started in front of the Furn Roundabout.

The residents of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in the city of Aleppo will also take part in a march that will start in front of the March 8 meeting hall at 15:00.

The participants raised banners reading: “Peoples march against the Turkish occupation “Let us stop the attacks of the Turkish occupation,” “Together, we will fail the attacks,” and “We salute the resistance of the Gêrîla forces in the face of genocidal attacks.”

During the 8 marches, several speeches will be delivered showing the position of the marchers.

Since April 16, the Turkish occupation army has launched a large-scale attack via warplanes, helicopters, and from the ground with artillery and mortar shells, on the Matina area in the Mediya Defense areas of southern Kurdistan.
