Passenger buses in the Al-Mutla area of rural Damascus were targeted by armed assailants while on their way to As-Suwayda.

According to eyewitnesses, the attack resulted in several injuries, with the wounded transported to hospitals in Jaramana and Damascus. The injuries ranged from minor to moderate.

Late last night, local sources and relatives of the victims reported the deaths of Amal Rizk and Houssam Nahli, who succumbed to their injuries.

The final number of injured individuals has reached ten, with the names of five victims identified in hospital records: Karim Arkan Asaad, Maher Wael Qaradab, Qamar Fouad Fahd, Zaid Yazan Hamed, and Fidaa Morsal Zahr El-Din.
