Bafel Talabani receives Iranian President in Sulaymaniyah
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived a short while ago at Sulaymaniyah International Airport, after a visit to Hewler and Iraq.
The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan website reported that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived a short while ago at Sulaymaniyah International Airport.
The Iranian President was received by the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bafel Jalal Talabani, and a number of other party and government officials.
The Iranian President is scheduled to visit the shrine of the late President Mam Jalal Talabani, and then hold a meeting with Bafel Jalal Talabani, according to the website.
The Iranian President arrived in Hewler this morning, as part of his tour that began yesterday to Iraq and Southern Kurdistan.
