A number of residents of Qamishlo City in al-Jazira region emphasized the importance of guaranteeing the rights of all Syrian components, especially the Kurdish component, within the Syrian constitution, in a way that achieves justice and equality and strengthens coexistence among different peoples without any national or ethnic discrimination (photos and video attached).

The increased customs duties on building materials imposed by the Syrian Interim Government's Ports and Customs Authority have sparked widespread concern among contractors and craftsmen in the carpentry and construction sectors. Meanwhile, the capital of Al-Awass in Syria is facing a worsening crisis that threatens livestock. Most water wells are out of service, and feed prices are skyrocketing, leading to warnings of the collapse of the livestock sector and a rapidly declining herd size (photos attached).
