9 individuals killed across Syria in 24 hours

On Friday, nine people lost their lives in different parts of the country in incidents involving murders, personal and tribal conflicts, a landmine explosion, and an armed attack, according to monitoring by ANHA agency.

In eastern Hama countryside, a man in his sixties was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in the village of al-Kharsan.

In Homs, a member of the General Security forces was killed while attempting to break up a fight between a group of teenagers in al-Sultaniyah neighborhood.

In western Homs countryside, a civilian was shot dead following a dispute among a group of individuals near al-Arida border crossing on the Syrian-Lebanese border.

In western Daraa countryside, a man was found dead inside his home in the town of Sheikh Saad after being shot under mysterious circumstances.

In the Manbij area of Aleppo countryside, a young man was killed during a dispute between cousins linked to a longstanding blood feud.

In Rural Damascus, a man in his twenties was killed following a personal dispute with a group of young men in al-Idhaa neighborhood of Sbeineh.

Authorities also found the body of a man bearing gunshot wounds at al-Tall Hospital several days after he had been reported missing.

In al-Dumayr, a young man was killed when a landmine left behind from the war exploded while he was transporting vegetables along the road leading to the abandoned military battalion.

Meanwhile, in the countryside of Hasakah, a fighter from the 60th Division of the Ministry of Defense under the Syrian Interim Government was shot dead by unidentified gunmen believed to be affiliated with ISIS mercenaries in the village of al-Sa'dah, south of the city.
