80% of electricity transmission station in Ain Issa damaged by Turkish bombing

The Turkish occupation state's bombing of an electricity transmission station in the main district of Ain Issa put it out of service, causing a power outage to hundreds of villages. In addition to 7 water stations.

The Ain Issa electricity transfer station consists of 8 outlets: (Al-Hisha Lighting, Al-Hisha Water, Khirbet Hadla Lighting, Al-Zahira Water, Al-Alimat Lighting, the Military Brigade Lighting, the Cement Line Lighting, and Ain Issa Lighting), and each of these outlets supplies dozens of villages with electricity and water.

The damage after targeting the station was estimated at 80%, as the bombing affected the main transformers in it, in addition to the connection cables and control panels.

Head of workshops oth the electricity center in the Ain Issa district, Eid al-Salam, said that the Turkish occupation’s bombing of the electricity conversion station in the district caused damage to the transformer with a capacity of (10 megabytes), and thus cut off electricity from 360 villages.

Eid al-Salam added: “This thing put 7 drinking water stations out of service, which are (Al-Zahira, Ain Issa, Al-Mukhallat, Abu Soussa, Baghdik, and the Al-Hisha Al-Khamiya and Al-Naqiyya stations). Al-Salam confirmed that work is underway to repair the transformer.
