500 trees planted on Mishta Nur Hill on leader's birthday occasion

The Environment Authority and the Kongra Star planted 500 trees on Mishta Nur Hill in Kobani to mark April 4th, which coincides with the birthday of leader Abdullah Ocalan.

KOBANI

As part of the events commemorating the birthday of leader Abdullah Ocalan, which falls on April 4th, the Environment Authority, in coordination with the Kongra Star, planted 500 pine trees on Mishta Nur Hill in Kobani, with the participation of dozens of members from the Autonomous Administration institutions, political parties, women's organizations, and the Internal Security Forces.

Following the tree planting, the participants issued a statement, read by Khunav Khalil; the member of the Kongra Star in Kobani. The statement included congratulations to the family of leader Abdullah Ocalan, the Kurdish people in general, and the Kurdistan freedom fighters.

The statement reaffirmed the commitment to continuing the struggle and resistance, emphasizing the pursuit of a democratic society that allows individuals to live freely and according to their own will. It also stressed adherence to the approach of leader Abdullah Ocalan in addition to adopting his teachings as a reference, renewing the pledge to continue
