Elîf Muhammad: Afrin will not become a home for occupiers and traitors
A member of the Kongra Star coordination in Afrin canton and al-Shahba, Elîf Muhammad, pointed out that the so-called Syrian Kurdish National Council continues to follow the approach of treason and legitimize the occupation of Afrin, and said: “We are the owners of Afrin and it will never become a home for occupiers and traitors.”
A member of the Kongra Star coordination in Afrin and al-Shahba canton, Elîf Muhammad, spoke to ANHA's agency about the policies of the so-called Kurdish National Council (ENKS) and the special war it is pursuing against the people of Afrin.
"(ENKS) is a partner of the Turkish state and its mercenaries"
Elîf Muhammad, pointed out the legitimacy of the Kurdish National Council’s occupation of Afrin, and said: “There is no difference between the policies of the Justice and Development Party, the National Movement, and the Kurdish National Council, as they are all like mercenaries; their goal is to eliminate the people, and as part of this they seek to eliminate the people of Afrin as well, and in addition This, the Kurdish National Council is trying to maintain its presence in Afrin, and to legitimize the practices and violations of mercenaries against Afrin and its people, but the whole world realizes that what is happening inside Afrin are practices against humanity.”
She explained that the Kurdish National Council is not performing its role as a national Kurdish entity, and considers itself affiliated with the Turkish occupation state and supports the occupation, saying: “The Kurdish National Council has always bargained with the Turkish state over the Kurdish people, and its betrayal is exposed in the four parts of Kurdistan. It seeks to strike and weaken the Kurdish power, especially In Syria through treason.
“The people’s resistance will defeat occupation and treason.”
A member of the Kongra Star Coordination Committee recalled the crimes being committed in Afrin and said: “Our mothers in Afrin are being killed and the Kurdish National Council is involved in their killing. It claims that Afrin is not occupied and life there is safe, but it is involved in all the practices and violations that Afrin is witnessing.”
She highlighted the resistance of the people of Afrin in al-Shahba, and continued her speech by saying: “The people of Afrin have continued their steadfastness and resistance for 6 years, and we must not be deceived by the policies of the Turkish state and the Kurdish National Council. We will continue our resistance in al-Shahba until we return to liberated Afrin with dignity.”
