CTG: “3 members killed, 3 others were in a bombing of Sulaymaniyah Agricultural Airport

The Counter-Terrorism Service of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (CTG) announced, “3 members were martyred and 3 others were wounded,” in an aerial bombardment of Arbat Airport in Sulaymaniyah.

This afternoon, the Arbat Agricultural Airport in Sulaymaniyah Governorate was subjected to an aerial bombardment by a drone.

The Counter-Terrorism Service of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan announced in a statement that, “This afternoon, Sulaymaniyah Agricultural Airport was bombed by enemies with a drone, which led to the martyrdom of 3 members of the Counter-Terrorism Service and the wounding of 3 others.”

The statement added: “A thorough investigation will begin into this terrorist crime that was committed under the watchful eyes of foreign servants and spies from within, and it will not go unpunished. Any spy who helped in this will face punishment, the law, and the conscience of our people. Avenging the blood of the martyrs is upon us, and we will not allow their blood to be wasted in vain.”

It continued, "For the sake of the integrity of the investigation, the information will remain confidential with us and will be revealed to the people of Kurdistan in the future."
