Increasing popular discontent over the complicity of ENKS- PDK with Turkish occupation

Popular discontent is growing over the collusion of the so-called Kurdish National Council (ENKS) with the Turkish occupation state, and the legitimization of its occupation of the occupied Afrin canton.

In this context, members of the Syrian Democratic Council and the Council of the Future Syria Party in Afrin and al-Shahba clarified that ENKS, which cooperates with the Turkish occupation state, has no right to speak in the name of Kurdishism.

"The Kurdish National Council is an ally of the Turkish state"

A member of the Women's Council of the Future Syria Party in Afrin and al-Shahba, Amina Khalil, denounced the Kurdish National Council's cooperation with the Turkish occupation state and stated that it was involved in killing Afrinians. Amina Khalil called on the Kurdish National Council to stop cooperating with the Turkish occupation state, and continued her speech by saying: “The alliance of the Kurdish National Council with the Turkish state is an immoral act.  Therefore, we call on him to abandon this cooperation and stop calling on the people of Afrin to return to it, as it is witnessing heinous crimes of murder, kidnapping, and rape.”

"The Kurdish National Council has lost its way"

A member of the Women's Council of the Future Syria Party in Afrin and al-Shahba, Afit Hanan, stated that the Kurdish National Council knows nothing but treachery, as it has always colluded with the Turkish state, and she continued her speech: "This was revealed during the massacre that took place in Janders district on the eve of Newroz."

  Afit called on the Kurdish National Council to back down from the betrayal, and concluded: "Those Kurds who abandoned their language, culture, and identity should not claim that they are Kurds. The Kurdish National Council cooperating with the Turkish occupation state has lost its way, but we will continue our resistance against the occupiers in al-Shahba."

Changing the Demography of the Occupied Territories through ENKS"

As for the member of the General Women’s Council in the Future Syria Party, Ghalia Kajwan, she referred to the Kurdish National Council’s involvement in changing the demography of the occupied Syrian regions, and she said: “Since the occupation of the Turkish state and its mercenaries of Girê Spî, Serêkaniyê, and Afrin, it has been witnessing various types of crimes such as killing, looting, and destruction, and the occupying state aims to change the demography of these areas, and the Kurdish National Council is colluding with him in this, but let him know that we reject its complicity and cooperation with the occupiers in this way.

Ghalia Kajwan explained that the solution to the Syrian crisis depends on liberating the occupied territories, and called on the international powers to put pressure on the Turkish state and prevent it from making any demographic change.

 “PDK must stop cooperating with the Turkish occupation.”

A member of the Relations Center in the Syrian Democratic Council in Afrin and al-Shahba, Muhammad Ali Hassan, explained that the Turkish occupation state seeks to legitimize the practices it is committing in all parts of Kurdistan through collusion with the United Nations and the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Muhammad Hassan pointed out that the Kurdistan Democratic Party is an enemy of Kurdistan, and continued: "The Turkish occupation state is implementing its plans at the hands of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and the Kurdistan Democratic Party is not hostile to the PKK only, as it is basically against the liberation of Kurdistan."

Hassan mentioned that the Kurdistan Democratic Party was involved in thwarting several Kurdish revolutions whose aim was to liberate Kurdistan. As for the revolution in NE, Syria, he said: "The Kurdistan Democratic Party chose the approach of treason against the revolution in NE, Syria, and this was evident from the visit of Abdul Hakim Bashar to Afrin. This visit was his “It proves his cooperation with the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation state and his efforts to legitimize the occupation of those areas.”

Muhammad Hassan highlighted the Turkish state's continued invasion, looting, destruction, and killing of Kurdistan for 50 years, and pointed out that the Kurdistan Democratic Party did not take any position on this, and stated that the Turkish occupation state stirs up discord among the Kurds when it fails to implement its plans.

Hassan called on the Kurdistan Democratic Party to stop cooperating with the Turkish occupation and work to build Kurdish national unity.
