Regional Women's Conference continues for 2d day in  Beirut

The second day of the regional women's conference began with a discussion of the third and final session, which centered on the vision of the leader Ocalan, and his role in escalating the struggle for women's freedom.

 The conference continues its work on the second and final day, which is organized over the course of Friday and Saturday (18-19 August) in the Lebanese capital, Beirut in the presence of 80 activists from 10 Arab and African countries, and a delegation from NE Syria and Şengal.

The conference includes the third session over two days, and it is moderated by the researcher specializing in women's, peace and security studies, Dr. Mai Ajlan.

The session's axes focus on "the theses of the companion of the path of women, leader Abdullah Ocalan in the march of women's freedom," and "the legal situation and inhumane practices applied to the thinker Ocalan in Imrali prison."

The session concluded with a final topic entitled "What should we do to overcome the prevailing torture system in Imrali?"

While the conference is scheduled to conclude its work today with a closing statement.
