​​​​​​​Warning from HPG leadership in Mardin to Turkish army and its spies

The leadership of the People's Defense Forces in the Mardin region of Bakur Kurdistan sent a warning message to the Turkish occupation army and its collaborators in plundering Kurdistan's goods, through a written statement published by Al-Furat News Agency.

At the outset, the statement touched on the policy being followed by the Turkish occupation army and its collaborators regarding the nature of the Mardin region, "Trees are uprooted in many areas of Mardin, especially in the Amrian region, under the direction of the Turkish occupation state."

The statement added that their forces "confirmed that the people who uproot trees are linked to the enemy's intelligence. They are led by the enemy and at the same time they work as spies for it."

The statement pointed to the popular resistance facing this policy in the region, "The people of the region show a great reaction against these practices that serve the enemy and plunder the region's geography."

"We warn those people who serve the enemy, whether intentionally or unintentionally, spying is a crime and plundering the nature of Kurdistan is also a crime. No one should serve the enemy and commit such crimes," the statement warned.
