HPG: Turkish occupation committing war crimes by using tactical nuclear bombs

And the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces published a statement to the public opinion about the attacks of the Turkish occupation:

"The Turkish occupation army bombs the guerrilla positions and war tunnels in the Medya Defence Zones hundreds of times a day and has not achieved a single result by doing so. The guerrillas’ battle positions have also been attacked with chemical weapons and banned bombs, but their goal has not been achieved. Now, the Turkish army has committed another despicable war crime and attacked our battle position in the resistance area of Seda in Zap with a tactical nuclear bomb, resulting in large explosions that killed our companion Şerzan Mawa. The attacks of the Turkish occupying army with tactical nuclear bombs continue".

The HPG shared the following information about the Guerrilla operations and the occupation attacks, in which it reads:

"In the Zap region:

The Turkish occupation army, which was unable to achieve results against the Guerrilla resistance, on June 28, used tactical nuclear bombs against the battle frontlines in the resistance square, Seda, and our comrade Şerzan Mawa was martyred as a result of that attack.

The Turkish army launched an occupation operation on 22 June in the areas of Şikefta Birîndara, Kokerê, Saca and Karker on the eastern Zap front. On 29 June, the occupation forces started a terrain fire in the resistance areas of Şikefta Birîndara and Karker and retreated to surrounding hills. The fire is still raging, and the area is being bombed by fighter jets. In Şikefta Birîndara, the army is also using explosives against positions.

Guerrilla deals strong blows to the soldiers of the Turkish occupation army:

On the 1st of July, at 07:00 and 09:00, heavy weapons hit the camps of the occupiers in the Resistance Square in FM Hill.

On the 3rd of July, at 12:00, strong strikes with heavy weapons were directed at the camps of the occupiers in the Resistance Square in the FM Hill.

In Xakurke, guerrillas from YJA Star (Free Women’s Troops) hit a Turkish squad at Martyr Şahan Hill with heavy weapons on 1 July.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

On the 1st and 2nd of July, the Turkish occupation army bombed the western Zap region in Martyr Dalil Square 10 times, the villages of Bishili and Yakmal villages in Matina 6 times, and Khairi squares and between Meruk in Gari twice, and in general, the Turkish occupation army bombed the areas 18 times with warplanes.

On July 1, 2, and 3, the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance squares in Bahar Hill, Judy Hill and Amedi Hill in the western Zap in the Martyr Dalil Square, the Resistance Square in Seda in Zap, the Resistance Squares in Golka and Hakkari Hill in Matina, the Resistance Squares in the Martyr Kamoran Hill, Lolan River, Martyr Haqi Hill in Xakurke 241 times with UBIS, tanks and heavy weapons.

In July, at 23:30, a drone belonging to the Turkish occupation army hovered over the western Zap region in Martyr Dalil Square.

On July 1, 2 and 3, the Turkish occupation army attempted to destroy tunnels and battle frontlines in the Resistance Square in Sede with bulldozers".
